Select existing approved products and companies. Serial numbers stay as text. Dates may be real Excel dates or DD-MM-YYYY (for example 25-10-2026). YYYY-MM-DD is also accepted. Delivery dates never become inspection dates.
Blank inspection dates and results create Not yet inspected items, with no inspection certificate. Rows with errors must be corrected before import; nothing is silently skipped.

Public catalogue products are included automatically. Add third-party inspection equipment here without changing the sales catalogue. Company creation stays in Administration → Clients & accounts.
Permanent removal cannot be undone through this panel. Keep an independent recovery-tested backup first. Catalogue products, companies and login accounts are outside this cleanup.
